Stay fit and healthy this summer with Tri Lakes Training (formerly Summer Bodies Bootcamps).
We are excited to announce it’s opening of a fitness studio location at 1017 Juddhaven Road. The studio is conveniently located 300 meters from Cleveland’s House dock and has plenty of car parking as well!
The name Tri Lakes Training reflects a positive space where people join from the three surrounding lakes, Rosseau, Joe, and Muskoka, to work hard and pursue their training goals. Whether your goals are to maintain fitness throughout the summer, increase your strength, flexibility or endurance or PB on your next race, Tri Lakes Training has a class to suit you.
Let’s stay fit together this summer!
Check out http://www.trilakestraining.com/ for all their class and other contact information.
For twelve great years and counting the Peninsula Rec Centre in Minett has hosted our event. Please consider making a donation to support necessary improvements to the centre. Please read below for further information.
The community is volunteering to upgrade the PRC to become a modern performance facility. That is a full stage, proper lighting and sound for music, theatre, film nights, business presentations, wedding celebrations, children's programs, senior programs etc.
Proper, safe accessibility will be updated to provincial standards. If the community raises half of the money required, the Township will put up the other half. The hope is for the community to have a facility that will suit many purposes, and consequently be utilized fully. It will be the cultural hub of the community.
Tax receipts will be issued by the Township. Cheques should be payable to the Township of Muskoka Lakes, with the note on the cheque....for PRC Reno only.
Contact John Newton - email@example.com if you have any questions.
